Diamond grille or Diamond screen

• The diamond grille infill is often only riveted into the frame and not always tamper resistant. 

• When a diamond grill door is snib locked, instead of being key locked, intruders can reach through the diamond grille and un-snib the lock to gain entry. 

• Many diamond grille screens only have one locking point, allowing intruders to easily pull up the screen to gain entry. 

Fly screens 

Fly screens are made for just that – to keep the flies out. Fly screens offer minimal security and are easily torn or damaged by intruders to gain entry. Fly screens often have visible screws or rivets that can easily be accessed to break in (if they don’t get through the fly screen first!). Intruders can also cut fly screen and un-snib doors to gain entry.
